Once you pickup the van, you can head off to the grocery store (five within 2 miles of us!) finalize your menu, putting in the on-board solar-powered refrigerator, and head out for your adventure! It goes without saying, perhaps, that it’s advisable to bring along some food and drinks to minimize stops along the way, especially if you’re heading to remote locations...you just never know what you’re going to do along the route, and you want to be prepared for everything!
